Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Wellfed (the "Platform"), an e-commerce platform owned and operated by WELLFED BY BODYRX LLP ("we", "us", "our", "BodyRx", "WELLFED BY BODYRX LLP" "Wellfed", "Company"). Wellfed's registered office is located at No. 343, BBMP No. 8, 8th Main Road, Malleshpalaya, New Thippasandra Post, Bengaluru- 560075.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and published following the provisions of Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for access or usage of Platform through the Wellfed Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile Application") and Website- [www.bewellfed.in] (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and our related Website, Application, Services and Products (together with the Mobile Application and Website, collectively referred to as "Services").

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and subscription pauses for meals and services provided by Wellfed ("we", "our", "us"). This Policy forms an integral part of your agreement with Wellfed and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By subscribing to our services, making a payment, or requesting a pause or cancellation, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may choose not to subscribe to our services.

1. General Overview

Wellfed is a prepaid meal subscription service. We do not offer refunds for delivered meals. Refunds or credits are issued only in specific cases as outlined in this document. We operate Monday through Saturday, and meals are planned, procured, and prepared in advance. Accordingly, we request customers to communicate any changes or cancellations within the timelines mentioned below.

2. Skipping A Meal

If you need to skip a meal:

Notice must be provided by 6:00 PM (IST) on the day prior to the scheduled delivery.
Skip requests can be submitted via the Wellfed App or through our support team on WhatsApp.
Valid skips are carried forward, meaning your subscription will be extended until all meals you've purchased have been delivered.
Skip requests received after the 6:00 PM (IST) cut-off will result in the meal being counted as served and are not eligible for carry-forward.

2. Pausing Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be paused for any duration, as long as the request is made before 6:00 PM (IST) the day prior to the next scheduled meal.
There is no upper limit on pause duration.
All meals during a valid pause are automatically carried forward.
Pausing does not qualify you for a refund.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You may request cancellation at any time, but refunds for unused meals are not guaranteed and are granted solely at Wellfed's discretion.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund amount (if any) will be calculated based on the number of unserved meals and may be subject to deductions for payment gateway charges or other administrative costs.
We may alternatively offer to carry forward your balance or extend your plan in lieu of a refund.

5. Missed Deliveries or Operational Disruptions

If a meal is not delivered due to an internal issue at Wellfed (e.g., kitchen or delivery disruption), your plan will be automatically extended to compensate for the missed meal.
We do not issue refunds or replacement meals in these cases.

6. Quality Concerns

If you face a genuine issue with a delivered meal (e.g., missing components or quality problems), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
Upon verification, we may extend your subscription as required and/or take corrective action as needed.
We do not offer refunds or replacement meals for such cases, unless deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or extensions will not be issued in the following scenarios:

Missed cutoff for skip or pause requests
Incorrect delivery address or inability to receive the meal
Change of preference or taste
Trial or discounted plans, unless explicitly stated

8. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp using your registered phone number.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
Refund decisions are final and made solely at Wellfed's discretion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Effective Date' and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this notice frequently to be informed of the policies governing your subscription.
